Abstract

Perkembangan psikososial pada anak usia prasekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh stimulasi lingkungan dan pengalaman emosional dini. Kurangnya stimulasi secara optimal berpotensi memicu hambatan tumbuh kembang pada aspek emosional, sosial, kognitif, maupun moral anak. Sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif, art therapy group berbasis media kolase dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana stimulasi kelompok yang interaktif.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh art therapy group (kolase) terhadap perkembangan psikososial anak usia prasekolah di TK NU 02 Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-experimental dengan rancangan one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 39 anak usia prasekolah yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner terstruktur untuk mengukur perkembangan psikososial mencakup domain emosi, sosial, kognitif, dan moral. Data dianalisis secara bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test.Hasil: Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada perkembangan psikososial anak sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi (p-value = 0,000; $\alpha < 0,05$). Pemberian art therapy group (kolase) secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan skor perkembangan psikososial peserta didik secara nyata.Kesimpulan: Penerapan art therapy group (kolase) terbukti efektif dalam memfasilitasi dan meningkatkan perkembangan psikososial anak usia prasekolah. Intervensi ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi stimulasi alternatif yang aplikatif bagi tenaga keperawatan anak, pendidik PAUD, serta praktisi kesehatan dalam mendukung optimalisasi kognitif dan emosional anak.

Psychosocial development in preschool children is heavily influenced by environmental stimulation and early emotional experiences. Insufficient stimulation can lead to developmental delays across emotional, social, cognitive, and moral domains. Group art therapy utilizing collage media serves as an interactive therapeutic strategy to foster holistic childhood development. This study aims to analyze the effect of group art therapy (collage) on the psychosocial development of preschool children at TK NU 02 Situbondo.Methods: A pre-experimental research design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach was employed. The study sample consisted of 39 preschool children selected through a total sampling technique. Data collection instruments included observation sheets and standardized psychosocial development questionnaires assessing emotional, social, cognitive, and moral parameters. Data were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Statistical analysis revealed a significant improvement in children's psychosocial development following the intervention (p-value = 0.000; $\alpha < 0.05$). The implementation of group art therapy using collage media consistently enhanced post-test psychosocial development scores among participants. Group art therapy (collage) is effective in enhancing the psychosocial development of preschool children. This intervention serves as a viable, alternative stimulation model for pediatric nurses, early childhood educators, and healthcare practitioners to optimize psychological growth in educational and clinical settings.
