This study aims to describe the conflict and resolution of the main characters in the novel Si Anak Strong by Tere Liye, especially environmental issues which are reviewed using the perspective of peace ecology. This research includes discourse analysis. The research method used is a qualitative research design with a descriptive type. The data taken are simple stories, conflicts and resolutions with sociolinguistic and psycholinguistic approaches. The result of the research is the conflict and resolution in the novel Si Anak Kuat (The Strong Girl) can be seen from 5 aspects according to the peace ecology perspective. The first aspect is the ontological assumption which emphasizes the creation of peace and harmony (on a small scale) by using the environment as an instrument of problem-solving. The second aspect is the axiological assumptions are direct actions in an effort to achieve the value of harmony and peace in solving the problems experienced, namely the act of seeding superior coffee seeds and providing understanding to the villagers. The aspect side is epistemological assumptions which is the method used to find out the steps to be taken in solving the problem, namely reading a textbook explanation from an expert or experienced people or observing. The fourth aspect is rhetorical assumptions which is the language used in an effort to solve existing problems, namely response or reaction that use to explain or talk about the problem. The fifth aspect is methodological assumptions are steps in an effort to solve existing problems, namely preparing a place for seeding coffee seeds, choosing coffee beans to sow, planting selected coffee beans, caring for coffee beans that have been sown, transferring coffee bean sprouts, preparing fields for planting coffee seeds and the last is coffee seeds ready to be planted.
