The researcher aims to find out Panca Kesadaran santri implemented in English learning activities and lesson plan in class XII of the multimedia program in the even semester at Nurul Jadid Vocational High School Paiton Probolinggo. This study uses an Evaluation qualitative approach. This data collection instrument uses observation and documentation to support the perfection of the data. From this research, the researcher found several reflections in learning English based on the aspect of the value of the Panca Kesadaran Santri. Panca Kesadaran santri implemented in English learning activities in SMK Nurul Jadid as reflected in its lesson plan are Opening with greetings, thanking God and praying to start learning (indicating religious awareness), provides an overview of the benefits of studying the lessons to be learned in everyday life in the introduction activities (indicates social awareness), In collaboration sessions, students are formed into several groups to discuss, re-present, collect and exchange information, Students are expected to have a conscientious attitude, be honest, polite and respect the opinions of others, and develop learning and learning habits throughout life in core activities (indicating knowledge Awareness), observes students' attitudes in learning which include attitudes of nationalism, self-confidence, tough responsibility issues, curiosity, and care for the environment (indicating National and State Awareness). Panca Kesadaran santri implemented in English learning activities in SMK Nurul Jadid as reflected in its learning English activities are teachers and students reading prayers together, students can respect teachers and others, teacher and student could each help others, keep clean of class and the leader of class and its members are active and responsible for the class. Of the five aspects of the value, it only contains four aspects in the lesson plan, namely religious awareness, knowledge awareness, social awareness, national and state awareness, while the RPP does not include aspects of organizational awareness values.
