Khomariya, Nur.2022. The Mastery Of Part Of Speech For Seventh Grade Student Of SMP Badridduja By Using Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Undergraduate English Education Program, Social and Humanity Faculty, Nurul Jadid University. Advisor (I) Mochlis Ekowijayanto, M. Pd. (II) Mohammad Sofyan Adi Pranata, S. Pd, M. Li.
Keywords: Part Of Speech, Student Team Achievement Division, Classroom Action Research.
Three important elements of language are grammar, pronounciation, and vocabulary. Without these three elements, we will not be able to communicate fluently nor correctly in such language. This research aims to describe student team achievement division (STAD) learning model improve students mastery of part of speech. This research used the classroom action research method proposed by Kemmis and MC. Taggart there are four steps every cycle namely; planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was declared successful with 1 cycle because it was seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test of students who experienced an increase. The average students pre-test were 48,125 while the post-test results were 76,875. In addition, students were very enthusiastic and more active in learning.
