Students.Speaking is a fundamental skill in foreign language acquisition, involving the process of constructing and sharing feelings, ideas, or messages orally. Mind mapping serves as an effective visual tool to connect and organize thoughts through the use of colors, symbols, and associations. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the mind mapping method in improving the speaking fluency of EFL students.The study employed a pre-experimental research design. The participants were 22 intermediate-level students at Al-Faizin English Course during the 2021-2022 academic year. To evaluate the improvement, the researcher compared students' performance using different media; a pre-test was conducted using comics, while the treatment and post-test utilized mind mapping. Data were primarily gathered through these pre-test and post-test scores.The collected data were analyzed using the t-test (polled variance) to test the hypothesis. The results indicated that the t-count was significantly higher than the t-table ($7.063 > 1.717$). Consequently, the alternative hypothesis ($H_1$) was accepted, and the null hypothesis ($H_0$) was rejected. Furthermore, the mean score increased from $57.39$ in the pre-test to $67.22$ in the post-test. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of mind mapping has a significant influence on improving students' speaking skills.
