This study examines the role of the Wattpad application in the writing process of eleventh-grade students at SMA Nurul Jadid. The background of this research highlights the necessity of integrating technology into education to enhance students' writing proficiency, addressing the gap where specific digital applications remain underutilized. This study aims to explore how Wattpad supports and influences students across various writing stages. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observations and structured interviews with five purposively selected students characterized by their extensive literacy experience and familiarity with the application. The research provides an in-depth understanding of Wattpad’s influence on the three core stages of writing: pre-writing, drafting/writing, and post-writing. The findings indicate that Wattpad plays a significant role in inspiring and motivating students during the pre-writing stage. During the writing stage, the platform offers exposure to various narrative styles and techniques, fostering creative idea development. Finally, in the post-writing stage, Wattpad’s feedback features assist students in identifying and correcting errors, thereby enhancing their overall writing quality. This study concludes that Wattpad is an effective digital tool for improving students' writing skills by providing inspiration, diverse linguistic techniques, and constructive peer feedback.
