This research aims to investigate the effect of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes. The population of this study consisted of 141 students, with a sample of 45 students from classes X-A and X-E at MAN 1 Probolinggo. A purposive sampling technique was employed based on pre-test results to select the participants. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments and subsequently analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The primary findings indicate a significant difference in learning outcomes between the control and experimental classes following the intervention. This is evidenced by the t-test for equality of means, which yielded a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.049. Since the result is less than the significance threshold ($0.049 < 0.05$), the research hypothesis is proven. These results suggest that teachers should implement appropriate learning methods, such as STAD, to improve student learning outcomes and ensure that academic understanding is distributed more evenly across the classroom.
